When you write in, please include your account email, your iOS version, your Wairra version (Profile → About), and a description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording almost always helps us help you faster.

Response times
We aim to reply to every message within two business days. Privacy and security requests are handled with priority and we always reply within the statutory deadline of 30 days for privacy requests under GDPR.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Wairra supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Both options appear on the welcome screen the first time you open the app. Your account is created automatically from your provider identity; you do not need to set a password.
What happens to my photos?
Photos you upload — wardrobe items, your avatar selfie, and the generated try-on renders — live in your private Supabase Storage buckets, scoped to your account. They are not used to train shared models and they are not visible to other users. Your selfie is used only to build your avatar; we never use it to identify you or match it against any face database. The Privacy Policy explains the full data flow, including how we handle face data.
Why does Wairra ask for my location?
Location is only used to fetch the local weather forecast so we can recommend an outfit that makes sense for the day. You can deny or revoke the permission in iOS Settings; the app keeps working but you have to set the location for the weather card manually.
Why is my try-on render slow?
Each unique try-on triggers an AI image generation that can take tens of seconds on the first request. We cache the result so the same outfit on the same avatar is instant the next time around. If you regenerate your avatar, the cache resets.
Does Wairra cost money?
Wairra has a free tier with limited use of the AI features. The paid Wairra+tier unlocks higher monthly allowances for try-ons, avatars, and wardrobe imports. You can read the full plans, pricing, and auto-renewal terms in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
Export or delete your data
You can do both yourself from inside the app:
- Export your data. Profile → Privacy → Export my data. We package your wardrobe, looks, plans, trips, and profile into a JSON file you can share or save.
- Delete your account. Profile → Privacy → Delete account. This removes your account and the content you uploaded. Some technical retention windows apply; see the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app for any reason, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to privacy@liftune.com and we will action it manually.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you have found a vulnerability in Wairra, please report it to legal@liftune.com. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and fix the issue before any public disclosure. We are a small team but we take every report seriously.
Accessibility
Wairra is designed to be usable with Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduced Motion, and high-contrast surfaces. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please let us know at support@liftune.com with the screen, the iOS accessibility setting you have enabled, and what you expected to happen. We treat accessibility regressions as first-class bugs.
